I want to make a super power thing. xD
Annnd, Soo the plot is so classic on Neopets but W/E! xD

Plot:
A school hidden in the middle of England (because that's the only cool place for secret magical schools xD) there's a special boarding school made for those special kids. (and by special I don't mean retarded children. xD) These kids are mutants, kids with special power, making them rise above all the other 'normal' kids. It's the first year this school is running, the super teachers gearing up for the first day of school. Teens, young and old (age limits: 14min-23max xD) are packing their bags for this new school expirience, no longer being made fun of in a normal school system about their abnormal hair color, strange ways of doing things, or freakish methods, no they'll now fit-in in this new school environment, learning from skilled mutants about their powers, making new friends, and creating a new family in this brilliant place Headmaster Charlotte Oscars

(I would want the power to control time xD because if you slow down time, it's not slow to you so you technicaly get super speed at the same time. xD)

there are no neopets involved xD
but this plot is just used on neopets alot, I was just saying, neopets have NOTHING to do with this xD
